Make sure you use the same data connection for the Zook application that you do for other phone applications such as the phone's web browser, email etc.

The Zook application will ask your permission to access the data connection when it first launches and when you Zook.

Downloading and using Zook will involve the transmission of data through the mobile network. Contact your mobile operator provider for information about data transmission charges.

Zook asks you for your mobile number. This is required since Zook uses this to relate your friends as well as to send you alerts.
